Flexible Laminates
Flexible insulation is the flexible laminates which are produced by laminating different flexible materials together,

with adhesive between the layers. The flexible materials include polyester film, polyimide film, polyester non-woven,

Nomex paper (polyaramid paper), presspaper, glass fabric. Dongfang can produce flexible laminates of 2 layers,

3 layers and multi layers. The surface can be coated with resin according to specific requirement.

Mica Tapes
To laminate mica paper with glass fabric, film, and/or other flexible material, then we get mica tapes.

Usually 2 types of mica tape are available:
VPI type: VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation) with a low binder content for coils and bars insulation of HV rotating Machines
